
FRENCH 75
Ingredients:
- 30ml Rose & Szechuan Gin
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 60ml Sparkling Rosé
- Ice
- Dried rose petals to garnish
Method:
- Shake Gin, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup with ice until frothy.
- Strain and pour into a coup or champagne glass.
- Top with chilled Sparkling Rosé
- Garnish with rose petals and enjoy!

ROSE + SZECHUAN PLUM SOUR
Ingredients:
- 60ml Rose & Szechuan Gin
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 45mL Plum Syrup
- Egg White or Aquafaba
- Ice
- Dried plum or rose petals to garnish
Method:
- Dry shake Gin, Lemon Juice, Plum Syrup and Simple Syrup until frothy.
- Wet Shake with Ice.
- Strain and pour into a coup.
- Garnish and enjoy!

NEGRONI
Ingredients:
- 40ml Rose & Szechuan Gin
- 40ml Campari
- Rouge Vermouth
- Large Ice Cube
- Orange peel garnish
Method:
- Pour ingredients over a large ice cube, in a chilled tumbler.
- Garnish with orange peel and enjoy!

PALOMA
Ingredients:
- 40ml Rose & Szechuan Gin
- 120mL Fevertree Grapefruit Soda
- Ice
- Orange Slice
Method:
- Pour Gin and Soda over ice.
- Garnish with a thick slice of orange and enjoy!

MARTINI
Ingredients:
- 4 parts chilled Sea Salt + Kelp Gin
- 1 part Dry Vermouth
- Ice
- Olive or Lemon peel garnish
Method:
- Ensure Martini glass is chilled.
- Pour gin + vermouth over ice and stir.
- Strain into Martini glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel for a more classic martini or an olive for a dirty martini - enjoy!

GIN MARGARITA
Ingredients:
- 1 part Sea Salt + Kelp Gin
- 1 part Cointreau
- 1 part Lime Juice
- Ice
- Lime wedge or dried lime wheel
- Salt rim
Method:
- Rim glass with salt.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain, pour and garnish with a dried lime wheel - enjoy!
- add chilli flakes to the salt rim and a dash of tabasco for a chilli Margarita.

SEASIDE GIMLET
Ingredients:
- 50ml Sea Salt + Kelp Gin
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 20ml Fresh lime juice
- 15ml Honey syrup
- Dash of orange bitters
- Garnish: Citrus Slice
Method:
- Shake all ingredients in cocktal shaker.
- Strain into a chilled coup glass.
- Garnish with a citrus wheel - enjoy!

SALTY MINT SMASH
Ingredients:
- 1 part Sea Salt + Kelp Gin
- 1 part simple syrup
- 1 part Lime Juice
- Handful of mint
- Ice
- Lime wedge or dried lime wheel
Method:
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Pour directly into tumbler or strain and pour into chilled coup. Garnish with a dried lime wheel - enjoy!
